As a general rule, packages are shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving payment via Halcourier with a tracking number and delivery without a signature. If you prefer certified shipping via 24-hour express delivery, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before requesting this option. Whichever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging, as well as postage costs. Handling costs are a fixed price, while shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two different orders, and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually. We are not responsible for any damage to your package after shipping, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

The boxes are large, and your items will be well protected.

1. Shipping methods and times

We’ll send you an email when your order is in store so you can pick it up and save on shipping costs. Remember to provide your order number when picking it up; otherwise, they won’t be able to deliver it to you, and you’ll also need to provide identification.

If your chosen payment method is a bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until we have bank confirmation of the transfer.

Delivery times indicated are calculated from Monday to Friday and may be affected by local or national holidays.

On special dates such as Christmas, Three Kings’ Day, long weekends, or special promotions (Black Friday, etc.), we do not guarantee on-time delivery due to the volume of merchandise shipped by shipping agencies.

In the case of bicycle shipments, shipping times may increase due to assembly and adjustment time.

Under no circumstances will shipments be made to PO boxes.

In any case, Segura Sports Lanzarote does not ship cash on delivery.

Segura Sports Lanzarote reserves the right to modify delivery times and shipping methods without prior notice in special cases.

1.1 Shipping to mainland Spain

Home delivery

– Shipping costs to mainland Spain. Free shipping on orders over €80 (VAT included).

Pick up in store

To save on shipping costs, you can pick up your order at our Segura Sports Lanzarote stores. To receive your order, please provide your order number or ID number.

Shipping times depend on the product and can range from 2 to 10 business days, depending on available stock, for bicycles and 48 hours for accessories. We will send you an email once you complete your order detailing the delivery times. Please note that if your chosen payment method is a bank transfer, your order will not be shipped until we receive bank confirmation of the transfer.

2. Shipping to other countries

We do not ship internationally.

3. Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 20 calendar days from the date of delivery to return it. (We offer our customers a longer period than the legally mandated 14-day period, as provided for in Articles 102 and 104 of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, of November 16, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.)

To return the product, you must send it to us in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging, including all warranties, labels, and instructions for use. Return shipping costs to our warehouse are the customer’s responsibility.

It is very important that you return your products to us perfectly packaged, unused, and undamaged. Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, Segura Sports Lanzarote will accept the return of the product and issue a refund.

If you wish to exchange the size of a product, please contact our Customer Service Department to arrange this. Return shipping to our warehouse is the customer’s responsibility. Once we have the product in our warehouse, we will ship the new product.

Note: You will receive your refund within 15 calendar days of receiving the returned product at our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card, your bank may not show the refund amount on your balance until the following month.

Right of withdrawal:

The buyer has the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they notify us within this period, either directly through the usual contact methods published on our website or by attaching the following form.

There are exceptions to the right of withdrawal provided for in Article 103 of the TRLGDCU (Spanish Tax Code).

The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, but if your original order had shipping costs, they will always be refunded using the standard shipping option.

Product Availability:

Segura Sports Lanzarote reserves the right to refund the amount of your order if it is not possible to ship or deliver the merchandise under the terms mentioned above.
